The Part of You That Has Never Been Lost

Sometimes life can feel like you’ve drifted a little from yourself.

You’re doing what needs to be done… keeping up with responsibilities… moving through the day…
But something feels slightly off.

Not wrong, exactly.
Just… not quite like you.

And over time, that feeling can quietly turn into:
“I don’t feel like myself anymore.”

But what if you haven’t actually lost yourself?

What if the part of you that feels steady… clear… and at ease
has simply been covered over by everything that’s been happening?

Because beneath the stress, the roles you play, and the constant movement of the mind…
there is a part of you that hasn’t changed.

A quiet awareness that has been present through all of it.

And even a small moment of noticing it can feel surprisingly grounding.

Not because your life suddenly changes…
but because you reconnect with something that was never unsettled to begin with.

You might take a moment today to pause.
Notice your breath.
And gently sense the part of you that is aware of the breath.

Not the thoughts…
but the awareness noticing them.

And you might ask yourself:

“What feels unchanged in me, even when everything else is moving?”

Sometimes even a brief moment of reconnecting with that can bring a quiet sense of coming back to yourself.

Our Healing Moments Meditation offers an opportunity to gently explore this together — remembering the deeper presence within that has never been lost.
