Free Shipping

When offered, free shipping applies to standard domestic orders in Australia unless otherwise specified. Express shipping available at extra cost. When Free Shipping is offered on orders over a specified amount, the cart must total the specified amount after discounts to qualify.

Online Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and are not transferable to other persons. All gift cards have a 3 year expiry date and must be redeemed by the expiry date. We are not liable for stolen gift card codes and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.

Any website content may not be redistributed, transmitted, sold, broadcast, modified, adapted, edited, licensed or otherwise transferred or used in any manner except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Therapies Sessions

Rescheduling or cancellations for therapies session appointments can be made via info@theilluminatedsoul.com.au, or via the contact number supplied through the booking confirmation email.

Rescheduling or cancellations for therapies session appointments should be made earlier than 24 hours before the start of your session, where possible.

Rescheduling or cancellations for session appointments made within 24 hours of the session start time may be subject to a 20% late notice fee.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, make a wrong selection, or receive an unwanted gift. This includes any purchases made with Afterpay.

Faulty Items

You may choose to receive a refund or exchange where the product is faulty.

We will require you to email a photo of the faulty item, for any returns to be dealt with efficiently.

Damaged In Transit

All care is taken when packing your order to ensure your items are safe when leaving our warehouse. Once your package is in transit, we are not responsible for damages incurred. Please contact Australia Post for more information.

Reactions to Products

All care should be taken to use the products using the instructions on the product. Please ensure that you follow the directions and dosage as instructed in the label.

Should you find you have a reaction to an ingredient, please stop the use of the product immediately and if necessary, seek medical advice.
