across three symbolic stages.

Each stage awakens a different capacity within you:

  • the ability to be present
  • the ability to meet and transform emotion
  • the ability to live with deeper awareness and alignment

Through meditation, awareness, and gentle emotional exploration,

you begin to discover that what once felt like struggle

can become a doorway back to yourself.

each inviting you into a deeper layer of awareness and healing.

ISLAND 1 - KUMU

Foundations of Presence

The gateway from stress to awareness.

Here you learn to slow down,

stabilise your attention,

and reconnect with the quiet centre within you.

A foundation of presence begins to form.

As presence stabilises, deeper layers begin to emerge

ISLAND 2 - KUNANE

The Five Movements of Conscious Healing

As presence deepens, what has been held beneath the surface begins to emerge.

Here, you are guided to meet your emotions in a new way — not with resistance,
but with awareness and understanding.

And through this shift,
healing begins to unfold naturally.

Over time, this path becomes part of how we meet life.

ISLAND 3 - 'UHANE

Living From the Soul

This is where everything begins to integrate.

What you’ve practiced becomes something you live.

A quieter, steadier presence emerges —

allowing you to meet life with greater clarity,
compassion, and inner alignment.
