I’m a facilitator of guided meditation and emotional healing.
For over a decade, I’ve been guiding people to reconnect with their inner peace — not by fixing themselves, but by learning to listen to the wisdom within.
I hold these sessions as a calm, supportive space where people can slow down, reconnect, and allow healing to unfold naturally.
My approach blends presence, gentle guidance, and emotional awareness — supporting you to come back into balance, not by effort, but by permission.
